High Tides – Return & Refund Policy

At High Tides, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original retail packaging
  • Free of scratches, wear, or signs of use

Used lighters cannot be returned.
(For Zippos, “used” includes adding fuel, striking the flint, or removing retail packaging.)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fuel-filled lighters
  • Any lighter that has been filled or lit
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital purchases (if ever applicable)

All returns must be received in resellable condition.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at HighTidesHempTexas@gmail.com with:
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  1. Our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  2. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we made an error, we’ll cover all return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If an item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, we may deny the refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

8. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

High Tides is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
