These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the High Tides website, online store, and all purchases made from High Tides Texas, LLC (“High Tides,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be:
At least 18 years old to purchase Zippo lighters or accessories.
A U.S. resident with a valid shipping address.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.
However:
Colors may vary based on screen display.
Product availability can change at any time.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove products without prior notice.
All Zippo lighters are sold unfueled, as required by U.S. shipping regulations.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars (USD).
We accept:
Credit/debit cards
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Other methods supported by Stripe
We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, run promotions, or end promotions at any time.
You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive:
An order confirmation email after checkout
A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship orders within the United States using USPS or similar carriers.
Shipping Times:
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
Delivered Packages:
If a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS, it is considered fulfilled.
High Tides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
Eligible for Return:
Unused, unopened Zippo lighters in original packaging
Unused apparel or merchandise
Not Eligible for Return:
Used Zippos (including lighters that have been fueled)
Opened or damaged packaging
Clearance or final sale items
Items showing wear, use, or customer damage
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless High Tides shipped the incorrect item.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
7. Warranty
Zippo lighters include a lifetime warranty provided directly by Zippo Manufacturing Company.
High Tides cannot accept used Zippos for return or repair.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once a tracking number is issued or the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content—including images, product descriptions, branding, logos, and designs—is the property of High Tides Texas, LLC and may not be used without written permission.
10. Privacy & Data Security
We value your privacy.
Your personal information is used strictly for:
Order processing
Shipping
Customer support
Optional email communications (if subscribed)
Payment Information:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. High Tides does not store or view your payment information.
We never sell or share your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
High Tides is not liable for:
Misuse or improper handling of products
Damage caused by fueling or altering a Zippo
Delays caused by carriers
Loss or theft of delivered packages
Interruption of website services
Inaccurate customer information provided at checkout
By using our website and purchasing products, you agree that your use is at your own risk.
